The paint tank has two main functions:

First, contain marking paint, in this sense, the size of the paint tank capacity affect the efficiency of construction.

Second, the paint tank is also a kind of pressure container, pressurized by air compressor, to become a pressure cylinder and provide motive power for the road marking machine.

In this sense, its sealing performance, security and the corrosion resistance should be taking into consideration.

A better paint tank is usually made of stainless steel.
