DY-SPTP Road Marking Machine is a forward self-propelled pedestrian road marking machine. Forward type operation overcomes the disadvantages of backward moving for general pedestrian road marking machine, ensures marking quality.
1. Knife component of marking shoe is screeding structure that is made of imported excellent alloy steel with heat resistance, abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance, and the outside structure parts and relative movable parts are made of imported special steels sheet with heat resistance (2000℃), oxidation-resistance and anti-deformation, the stability is much better after special process.
2. The automatic quantitative glass beads dispenser synchronous with the paint screeding system ensure the spray of glass beads more even and economical.
3. Integrative marking shoe and paint tank hang inside of chassis. The knife under frame is double closed screeding structure which is made of alloy steel with imported heat resistance, abrasion resistance and oxidation resistance.
4. Imported hard tungsten steel knife-head of the floor knife contacts with the ground directly hving good anti-sticky ability and abrasion resistance to ensure straight and neat line marking.
5. Lockable directional device of front wheel overcomes the inconvenience to turn direction for general pedestrian road marking machine, ensures marking machine moving in straight line and turning freely in curved road.
